Return and Refund Policy

We strive to do everything right the first time and hope that you love your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to manager approval and a 25% restocking fee.
Returns on items that are regularly stocked by Neighborhood Home can be returned if they are unopened and in original packaging within 3 days of being picked up or delivered with a 25% handling fee. All other returns are subject to manager approval  All returns will be refunded as a store credit.  

  • Neighborhood Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse.

  • If returned items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee.

  • Your initial delivery fee, if any, is non-refundable.

  • Opened Mattresses, and bedding accessories (i.e. pillows, protectors, bedding) are non-refundable, non -returnable or exchangeable. 

Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairs before ordering as the seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. Neighborhood Home will make every possible effort to deliver your items with care. Neighborhood Home will assume all liability of the product being delivered to assure that you receive your item(s) undamaged. Neighborhood Home is not liable for injury, loss or damage to personal property that may occur during furniture delivery. Please note all furniture ETA's are estimated times only. Any warranty issues must be accompanied by your original receipt, there will be a $20 service charge, if we have to locate the receipt in our records.
